The Presidential Debates in 2016, between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, where billed as the fight of the century. We set out to inject Audi into the conversation with a knock-down-drag-out duel of our own. Created specifically to air before each debate, “Duel” was engineered to be equal parts action-thriller and political commentary, offering an entertaining reminder to Americans that beautiful things really are worth fighting for. You know, things like human decency, honesty, empathy, compassion and shiny cars. Clearly it didn’t work so well. But if anything good could come from the 2016 Elections, at least we had a hell of a lot of fun making this.
